PND: Pnd can be a combination of several things... Allergy, sinusitis, reflux (gerd) or other more obscure issues like thyroid disorders, sjogren's, sarcoidosis, dental disease, zenker's diverticulum, esophagitis, etc. See an ENT specialist to sort them out.

Meds: Have you tried antihistamine plus nasal corticosteroids combinations? Your pcp could evaluate you if this is more than a post nasal drip such as chronic sinusitis or reflux disease.
