Several things: Dont read in bed. Dont' use the computer in bed. Don;'t watch tv in bed. Don't exercise late at night. Don't drink alcohol within 4 hours of bed. If none of this applies, then you can try 3-5 mg of melatonin that you can purchase almost anywhere. If that does not work then you need to talk to your doctor.
