Have brown spot on nose for 7 yrs. Getting larger?

Spot on nose: You may have some type of infection either viral or bacterial. Have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.

Good and Bad: Over the counter saline sprays are helpful. I would be careful with medications like afrin, (oxymetazoline) vicks, etc. These can lead to rebound and dependence.
