It's usually OK: I will bet you are a smoker. Smoking decreases appetite. Also, busy people sometimes don't keep regular eating habits. This is not a sign of illness in most cases, but is not good for your body. You can do well by drinking small frequent snacks. Dairy products ( yogurt, cheese, and ice cream) as well as nuts and dried fruit are great ways to get lots of nutrition for the busy life.
