Bluish hand and foot of 6 month old, what does this mean?

Babies do not have good regulation of blood distribution. They will often get blue here and there. If it comes and goes, it could be positional, cold or positional. Take you baby in for regular well check ups and if they are normal, then i would not worry. If it is the face turning blue, not just lips, or trunk then that would be a concern.
