Maybe: The uterine wall is designed to stretch and thin out as the pregnancy advances. Once a person has delivered the uterus returns to its ~ normal size and shape . It is rare for the uterine wall to remain thin after a delivery unless someone had a cesarean section where the incision didnt heal as expected. Sometimes in areas of scarring (from prior surgery, placental attachment) egg might not attach.
