Neurologic: Consult a neurologist for your symptoms.A complete ; detailed history of origin ; progress of these symptoms is very essential. Pathology in left parotid saliavry gland should also be ruled out, as facial nerve runs in the substance of parotid gland ; pathology related to that gland may affect facial nerve on that side.
