For the past week my head/neck has been randomly twitching. also slight pain in back right side of head. any ideas for the cause of this?

Not sure: twitching can be benign esp as its only been there a short time. The muscles on back of head can cause pain via spasm. Basically if it persists see your GP who may get you a neurologist.
