No: If the question is, can a torn rotator cuff cause numbness in the fingers, then the answer is no. Numbness is caused by neurologic pathology such as carpal tunnel syndrome, a herniated disk, cubital tunnel syndrome. Best to have your numbness evaluated by your physician.
