Yes: Unless you are not supposed to be taking nsaids, they are a good combination for pain relief.

Oxycodone and NSAIDS: Yes, it is safe to combine oxycodone and ibuprofen. Both provide pain relief, but by different avenues. Oxycodone is a potent narcotic. Ibuprofen is a non steroidal anti inflammatory.
