It would help to stay off your foot and elevate it, some mild heat on top would alleviate pain. Try and do not take oxycodone, just ibuprofen every 6 hrs should suffice in my opinion.

Oxycodone is an opioid and ibuprofen is an nsaid. Different classes and the way they work is different, so there is no issue taking both. You may want to stagger taking them so both will not be wearing off at the same time.
