Interdependent: Exercise and deep sleep are the only 2 ways you can increase your growth hormone levels (the master hormone that controls the aging process). The more you exercise, the harder you sleep, the more gh is released and better quality of life one can have; furthermore, the deeper sleep decreases hormonal imbalances that lead to increased hunger, so sleep deeply & exercise hard.
