Not really: A good goal for weight loss is 1 pound/ wk which equals cutting out 500 calories from your diet each day. You would lose 16 pounds in 4 months. Daily exercise burns 250-500 calories and you can lose an extra pound a week = 32 pounds in 4 months. More than that would not be healthy and is hard to sustain unless it is through bariatric surgery which can lead to dramatic and rapid weight loss.

Maybe: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
