It is nor monitored: The interent is a vast entity that allows people to act in ways that are not healthy. You never know who you are really talking to. However, if a child is being bullyed on the internet, they should tell their parents who could alert the authorities.The problem is that parents do not talk with their children, do not monitor and limit the time in cyperspace. They want others to do their parenting.
