how do you get a high fever overnight? i'm just curious because i see a lot of questions like this on the internet.

NSAIDs or tylenol (acetaminophen): Acetaminophen and non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen are great for this . They may even be used in combination. There is really no need to treat a fever unless it is giving you discomfort.
