Back pain between shoulder blades, should i go to er?

Too late: Since you have been waiting a while for this answer (sorry), I am sure it is too late to go to the er. Back pain between the shoulder blades is one of the most common "pains" that i see in my practice and can be caused from many daily living activities from computer use to large breasts. Have a chest x-ray to be safe especially if you are a smoker.
