Pain is non specific: Symptom of tissue insult . It means lots of things and is difficult to tell you specific diagnosis or problem based on this limited information . You could have problem with you intestine , pancreas , genitourinary system . You need to be seen by your doc and have thorough evaluation and investigation . Good luck.
