I been having nauseating sharp shooting pains in the area behind my belly button for over 3wks now, coming & going all and everyday, can you help me?

Incarcerated hernia: Umbilical hernia sliding in and out thru the umbilical zone.

Hernia: This could be an umbilical hernia. The fact that you are having continual pain is not a good sign. It could mean the contents of the hernia are stuck. Get to your doctor or a surgeon asap before this becomes an emergency.
