Many causes: Constipation is most common cause of abdominal pain. In a female ovarian cysts can rupture and cause similar pain. Urinary issues such as cystitis and pylelonephritis are other contributors. If debilitating issue certain physician should be consulted for thorough exam and possibly testing utilizing some imaging and blood tests.
