How long after?: It is normal after abortion or pregnancy loss to have HCG in the blood for several days up to several weeks afterward. The higher it started the longer generally for it to come down. Unfortunately some abortions, like miscarriages, are also incomplete. This is something to talk with your real live doctor about.
