Needs follow up..: If the pregnancy test is still positive you need a formal blood pregnancy test for confirmation. Sometimes after an abortion there may be some pregnancy products left in your uterus and this requires reevaluation and removal before they cause other problems like for example infections. See your GYN provider as soon as possible.

No: You will test positive for about 6 weeks however a true menstrual flow will be in about 6-8 weeks if you have regular cycles. Otherwise you'll return to your irregular cycle pattern.
