Walking : A walking program with a gradual increase in your walking speed and distance would be a good place to start. Water exercise would also be a good option.

See physiatrist: A physiatrist, or doctor of physical medicine and rehabilitation, can make specific recommendations for you, taking into account both your other conditions and your goals. Upper extremity exercise used to be thought to be bad for those with lymphedema, but research has shown that it doesn't make it worse- and may help it! your physiatrist will likely have you work with pt to develop a program.
