I take amitriptyline for functional dyspepsia/IBS, it worked well at 5mg for 3 weeks then it stopped working, went up to 10mg worked for a week then stopped and now same with 15mg. My main symptom is lower abdominal burning. Do I ask my doc to go up?
Can you have GERD & laryngopharyngeal reflux at the same time? I get heartburn & indigestion after spicy foods, but I also feel as though I have a lump of mucus in my throat & I get a dry cough as well.....
