Baby Kick Count: Yes at 39 weeks decreased fetal movement can be a sign of early labor, but always worrisome if truly decreased. If you lay on your left side after eating a meal and you don't feel baby move 10 times in an hour you should then go to labor and delivery for evaluation. Usually will feel baby move 10 times in short amount of time. Always better to get evaluated than worry. Good luck!
