Time for support: I suggest on this upcoming anniversary that you not be alone. Hoping you're in talk therapy as well as using Lexapro (escitalopram) -- this is extremely important in recovering from ptsd. Cognitive processing therapy and emdr can be very helpful to you especially at this time. You may need practices for grounding in the present, where you are safe rather than threatened -- therapy can provide these too.

Anniversary reaction: It is wise of you to be aware of this potential to have difficulty as significant emotional dates approach. Whatever you can do to get additional support from those that understand your situation, and generally taking better care of yourself physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually will help.
