I just hit my head fairly hard. i do not believe i have any symptoms of a concussion, but is it safe for me to go to bed now?

Concussion Symptoms: Most people with a concussion recover quickly and fully. But for some people, symptoms can last for days, weeks, or longer. Symptoms of concussion: thinking, remembering, emotional, sleep, difficulty thinking clearly, headache, fuzzy or blurry vision, irritability, sleeping more than usual, feeling slowed down, dizziness, sensitivity to noise or light, balance problems, and more emotional.
