Call doctor now: With a larger dose of methotrexate, it is not unusual to have symptoms of nausea, vomiting and abdominal discomfort. For this reason and for the reasons that you are taking this (ectopic?) then you need to call your doctor right now!

Needs medications: Check CBC and you may need to take leucovorin rescue call your doctor immediately.
