Unclear why: One of her tubes being blocked isn't typically a risk factor for miscarriage. She should definitely see an ob/gyn as some testing could be done to see if there's a problem with the placenta, most common reason. There could also be a balanced translocation, wherein your chromosomes and your wife's create a pregnancy not compatible with life. An experts opinion/help is what's needed now.
