Focal tingling: Glad that cat reassuring, and might suggest that most symptoms like yours tend to be very benign. Tingling over the face can be seen as a migraine equivalent if it lasts only a short time, but have seen irritation of the trigeminal nerve due to dental, jaw, and sinus problems. Maybe, best initial evaluation with your dentist.
