Heard of Mindful Med: Mindfulness meditation is so right for finding ways to put aside all sorts of things that visit a mind from moment to moment. Many towns have groups that meet to just sit together and practice watching their breath. No equipment or special oils, incense, clothing, mantras, etc. You just learn how to let it be usually in the presence of nice people. Google it. Be as fine as you are.

Anxiety too high: Sounds like you need to work with your psychologist and psychiatrist to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan to get your anxiety under control. Multiple treatment modalities are available and need not include more medication necessarily.
