Can dizziness be a part of anxiety? i've been checked out multiple times and everything checked out fine but i'm still dizzy, mostly at night. more like full head swimming in syrup. anxiety?

Vertigo?: Dizziness can be part of many things - including anxiety. When you mentioned it feels worse at night I thought about positional vertigo. The inner ear fluid shifts when our head moves and can cause the sensation of dizziness. I am reluctant: to just say it's all from anxiety. Consult with an ENT who specializes in or has an interest in working up balance disorders. You are in search of a diagnosis. One question. Has the anxiety treatment resulted in a significant improvement in your dizziness?
