Need examination: Hopefully no nose picking, HTN and chronic sinusitis and tumor can cause nasal bleeding.

Nosebleeds: Hello, after your nose stops bleeding actively, there still remains some blood in the nooks and crannies of the nasal cavity. As the nose goes through it's self leaning process, the blood forms clots that move backwards and then into the mouth. This is the normal process of healing and cleaning. It is not new bleeding. Often times patients become excited and that restarts bleeding. Relax.
