Yes, you can: Yes, lithium orotate can be taken with Clonazepam if prescribed for you by your doctor. Lithium orotate supposedly has better bioavailability than Lithium Carbonate -- and it's given in much lower doses. Typically 10-20mg/day for brain protective effects -- you need higher quantities of elemental lithium for bipolar d/o, often using lithium carbonate. Be watchful for any sedation, though.
