Depends...: If by 'cfs' you mean chronic fatigue syndrome then it depends on how motivated you are to be 'cured'. You have to eat right, drink plenty of water; and above all else, exercise! whether if is a walk, swim, yoga, bicycle the only patients i know who beat cfs do as much of the above as they can...But it does take time so do not give up hope...You can do it!

Unknown: Since there is only a single defined cause for cfs and some scientists express doubt that it actually exists, impossible to say how long it will last. Cdc has a website for this illness. You need to find a compassionate physician to follow you and adapt therapy to your needs. Good luck and happy new year.
