Yes but..: Association does not mean causality. Aspergillosis is less likely than multiple other causes for what you're describing (pleurisy / plereuritic chest discomfort). I would seek a physician for a physical exam and pertinent diagnostic studies.

Not likely: Aspergillosis in the lung does not affect the pleura but you may get chest pain if you happen to suffer from asthma related to mold allergy. However do see an allergist to help you sort this out.
