Hard to tell...: For how long have you had symptoms? Did anything seem to bring them on? Do you have fever? You should be examined as these symptoms can be due to things such as upper lobe pneumonia, pneumothorax, lymphadenopathy in the armpit, hydradenitis of the armpit and even breast issues.
