Unlikely: See your doctor to check this out. Common causes include peri-menopausal, thyroid disease, an infectious disease such as tb.

Not likely : Allergy is unlikely to be the cause of nocturnal sweating. I would start with your primary care doctor to rule out various conditions such as thyroid, infection or other hormonal issues.
