Where?: On the top of the tongue or the underside? If it is on the underside, then you may be seeing a blood vessel which could be normal. If on the top it could be from trauma (scratch, bite etc) without actually seeing what you are referring to, we cannot help you. See a dentist and if it is not of dental origin, they will refer you to the appropriate medical specialist.
