Not enough info: Cause of the swelling must be determined in order to apply the appropriate treatment. If x-ray does not show calcification in the duct of one of your salivary glands, that's one of many possible causes that's been removed from the list. If your Dentist is unable to definitively ascertain the cause, see a specialist Oral Surgeon or a specialist in Oral Medicine.
