Pus cells 4-5/hpf in urine, what does that mean?

Depends!: Did you do a mid-stream clean catch specimen(Cleaning 2-3 times before collecting)? If not, these could be cells from the skin around your urethra and not in your urine. Also, any test result has to be considered along with your symptoms. Are you having any problems urinating, a fever, abdominal or back pain? Why was the test ordered.? To best answer your question ask the doc who ordered it.
