Difficult to say: If they are small and widespread, cellulite is the most likely diagnosis. If only 1-2 larger lumps, may be fatty tumors. This can be readily distinguished by your doctor on exam.

Cellulite: Looks like orange peel dimpling. Lumps are more likely something else.
