Yes: Heavy lifting, cycling, and long distance running may worsen hemorrhoidal symptoms though.

Yes: Probably not biking, rowing, etc supine yoga, pilates, swimming where you are not sitting on the hemorrhoids. Get seen by general or colorectal surgeon. Be sure there are not other causes colon or rectal cancer, diverticulitis etc.
