A member asked:

Is instertitial pneumonia usually curable?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need more details...: "interstitial pneumonia" is not very specific term. This may be referring to something on a ct scan or perhaps a biopsy you had done. Occasionally, this term is misused, so i hesitate to provide more information. Tell me how they decided you had this condition. You should follow up with your doctor, as they may want to do more testing.
