Depends: 1st degree burns and milder forms of second degree burns usually do not leave significant scars... Deep 2nd and 3rd degree burns will.

Depends on depth: The tendency for scarring following a burn injury depends on the depth of the scar as well as the time it takes to epithelialize and heal the wound. If it heals within 10 days and protected from the sun, it is unlikely to scar.
