Probably OK: Ovarian dermoid cysts are usually totally benign and asymptomatic. I would need more information relative to size and any symptoms, but a small, asymptomatic cyst would not normally interfere withy a normal pregnancy. You should obviously discuss this with a gynecologist who knows your case before becoming pregnant.
