How can i tell the difference between having blister or wart on finger?

Growth: Plantar warts may be confused with blisters when the first start, however as they grow they look very different. If it has fluid inside of it, or looks slightly transparent it's probably a blister. If it is a fleshy color, kinda movable, or floppy like, it's probably a wart.

Clear fluid?: Blisters are typically filled with clear fluid and have a very thin layer of skin covering them. Warts tend to be very firm and develop thicker layers of skin over them over time. You can sometimes see black dots on the surface of warts where the wart virus is occluding superficial blood vessels. Blisters also tend to resolve over a few days, whereas warts last indefinitely.
