Your Doctor Required: To diagnose your headaches more info is needed; location, type of pain. However, you could have disorientation from migraines headaches or sinusitis with an associated headache. If there are associated vision issues with headaches, we have to look at the pituitary gland to see if there is a problem here. With the disorientation, i would certainly see your physician and have a complete work up.
