Probably not: If you are swollen, you may have an infection. You should see a physician to rule out neck problem. If it s a surface skin problem, they may refer you to a dermotologist. Teeth clenching may cause mild to moderate jaw muscle pain and rarely neck (muscle) pain, but not swelling.
