I have a sore mouth and throat and swallowing is painful. my soft and hard palates are completely white, and my uvula is patchy and pulling to one side. my tonsils are swollen and i have a sinus headache. what is the likely cause?

It's an infection of some sort, could be an upper respiratory bacterial or viral infection. If bacterial, antibiotics would be helpful. Your physician should be able to accurately diagnose your issue upon examination and prescribe the appropriate medications if indicated.
