AdvoCare: Go ahead. Don't spend too much money on pricey multilevel-marketed supplements that will probably do you little or no more good than eating sensibly and exercising. Let me suggest that instead you get with a sensible evidence-based practitioner who can be your guide in a healthy-lifestyle and help you choose supplements (if any) rationally.

If you mean: Advocare: you are talking about a weight loss program. There are mixed reviews with no peer-reviewed supportive data. We have a cancer survivorship program with integrated nutritionists and physical therapists to assist and may be preferred vs. Trying something alone like this.
